Title:
Disordered BTZ Black Holes in Three-Dimensional Chern-Simons Gravity
Abstract:
An approach to introduce disorder into three-dimensional anti-de Sitter gravity is employed. The chemical potentials in the Chern-Simons formulation of gravity with Brown-Henneaux boundary conditions are used to introduce Gaussian disorder. The corresponding charges are specified to describe the BTZ black hole to zeroth order. The resulting disordered metric is analysed perturbatively regarding its regularity before and after averaging. Disordered Poincaré patch AdS is resummed and yields a small mass parameter. This interpretation is supported by the boundary energy momentum tensor.
