Title:
Nielsen Complexity in the Large N Limit
Abstract:
Nielsen’s geometric approach to computational complexity is investigated in the large N limit. An appropriate choice of basis on the Lie algebra leads to an isomorphism with the group of volume-preserving diffeomorphisms on the torus for large N. This relation allows for the potential interpretation of complexity in terms of two-dimensional hydrodynamics of a perfect fluid. Finally, we examine future lines of research regarding this approach.
