If you are a Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Theoretical Physics, you can apply by clicking the “Form” button below and sending your CV, motivation letter and academic transcript to NOVA at: nova.mentorado@gmail.com.
Your academic transcript will only be used to help us better understand your academic journey; your average grade will not be a decisive requirement for access.
Only complete applications will be considered: Form + documents.
Your commitment will be simple but meaningful:
- Engage with the program and make the most of it.
- Plan and confirm your meetings with your mentor from the 2nd session onwards.
- Remind your mentor of the meeting the day before, sending a short email with the topic to discuss and some highlights.
- Complete the feedback form after each session and keep your logbook updated.
- Enjoy the community, collaborate whenever possible, and build bonds of learning and growth.

At NOVA+, we invite researchers to share their experience and accompany the next generation. You don’t need prior mentoring experience: all you need is the willingness to listen, guide, and inspire.
Your role will be to create a safe space where the mentee can grow, explore, make mistakes, and shine. Active listening, validation, and inspiration are the cornerstones of this relationship. In each meeting, you will build bonds of learning and growth that will make a lasting impact.
