NOVA is a mentoring program of the Institute for Theoretical Physics (IFT, a joint CSIC/UAM centre) and the Department of Theoretical Physics (DFT) at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. It is an inclusive program that connects students and young researchers with role models in theoretical physics. We aim to inspire, support, and open new paths, with special focus on women and underrepresented groups, to build, together, a more diverse and vibrant scientific community.

NOVA+ is an inclusive mentoring program that supports you at the beginning of your career in theoretical physics, from undergraduate studies to the early stages of the PhD.

With the guidance of a mentor, an active community, and unique opportunities (such as scholarships, projects, conferences, and workshops) NOVA+ helps you grow, connect, and lead in science.
