NOVA+ is an inclusive program, open to all members of the physics community, from the earliest stages of training to the postdoctoral level, with a special focus on supporting and empowering women and groups traditionally underrepresented in STEAM fields.

Our purpose is to foster the personal, emotional, and professional growth of physicists by creating a support network that inspires, empowers, and accompanies them on their journey toward a fulfilling, sustainable, and inclusive scientific career.
