Quasars and micro-quasars are seen to emit highly relativistic \u201cCannonballs\u201d (CBs), though the underlying mechanism remains unfathomable. The observation that core-collapse supernovae also emit CBs \u2014 plus some trivial relativistic kinematics \u2014 provides a successful understanding of GRBs and CRs.
