On Monday July 4 2022, we will meet Tony Gonz\u00e1lez-Arroyo to celebrate his 70th birthday among colleagues and friends.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We are celebrating the 70th birthday of Tony Gonz\u00e1lez-Arroyo, one of our most esteemed researchers. Throughout his career, some of his most important contributions have revolved around the idea of twisted boundary conditions, sometimes abbreviated as twist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add to this Tony’s passion for guitar and the fact that some of the organizers of this tribute survived the 80’s badly… As a result we have Deep Purple’s ‘A twist in the Tale’. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
