On Monday July 4 2022, we will meet Tony González-Arroyo to celebrate his 70th birthday among colleagues and friends.
We are celebrating the 70th birthday of Tony González-Arroyo, one of our most esteemed researchers. Throughout his career, some of his most important contributions have revolved around the idea of twisted boundary conditions, sometimes abbreviated as twist.
Add to this Tony’s passion for guitar and the fact that some of the organizers of this tribute survived the 80’s badly… As a result we have Deep Purple’s ‘A twist in the Tale’.
