In this talk, I will first give an overview of the recent progresses of the spin polarization phenomenology in heavy-ion collisions and some puzzles in interpreting the current experimental data. These puzzles strongly suggest a new dynamical framework to describe the collective spin dynamics of QGP &#8212; the spin hydrodynamics.
