Ph.D. García del Moral's research will focus on M-theory origin of string theories / massive supergravities in 10D. This research is part of a collaborative project with Dr. Thomas Ortín, member HEPHACOS project.
The significance of the project lies in the fact that M-theory is postulated as a theory whose perturbative unification limits should be all string theories in 10D and its limits at low energies and in particular these massive deformations. Recently in collaboration with Chile and Venezuela Ph.D. Garcia del Moral has been observed that the M-theory origin of the type II supergravities gaugeadas 9D lies in a sector with central supermembrana supermembrana call charges.
