The goal of the collaboration with Dr. J.D. Holt is to include in the Interacting Shell Model three body forces (nucleon-nucleon-nucleon interactions) whose need to describe of the very light nuclei has been well established recently. These interactions can be obtained with the techniques of chiral perturbation theory plus many body perturbation methods to adapt them to the shell model valence spaces. This is an ambitious program, very demanding technically which involves also the collaboration of the IPHC-Strasbourg (F. Nowacki, E. Caurier and K. Sieja) and the Technical University of Darmstadt (A. Schwenk).
