NOVA<\/strong> is a mentoring program of the Institute for Theoretical Physics<\/strong><\/a> (IFT, a joint CSIC\/UAM centre) and the Department of Theoretical Physics<\/strong> (DFT) <\/strong><\/a>at Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Madrid. It is an inclusive program that connects students and young researchers with role models in theoretical physics.
